We are seeking a skilled Security Locksmith Technician to join our team at the US Naval Undersea Warfare Center. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in installing, repairing, and modifying high-security locking systems and BEST lock and key systems. Additionally, experience with safecracking of GSA approved containers is required.
Clearance: Top Secret (TS) level clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
Requirements:
- nstalling, Repairing, and Modifying Locking Systems: Demonstrated experience with high-security locking systems and BEST lock and key systems.
- Safecracking Expertise: Experience with safecracking of GSA approved containers.
- Certifications: Possession of a KABA MAS CDX09/X10 installation certificate and operations certificate.
- National Security Knowledge: Experience with Classified National Security Information (CNSI) including Top Secret Control.
- Information Security Proficiency: Utilizing CNSI and Information Security policies, instructions, regulations, and procedures.
- Clearance: Must possess an active Top Secret (TS) level clearance.
- Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI): Working knowledge and experience with SCI.
- Information Systems CNSI: Proficiency utilizing CNSI, CNSI and SCI policies, instructions, regulations, and procedures.
- IAM Level I Certification: Possess an IAM Level I certificate in accordance with DODM 8570.01.
Required Certifications:
- KABA MAS CDX09/X10 installation certificate.
- KABA MAS CDX09/X10 operations certificate.
- IAM Level I certificate in accordance with DODM 8570.01.
Please note that this job posting is part of a proposal for a contract with the US Naval Undersea Warfare Center. Upon successful awarding of the contract, the selected candidate will be hired for this position.
